Bush Camp...our third William Pike Challenge

Today we travelled in a time machine back to the year of 1883... what an experience! We learnt how to build camp fires, cook traditional scones, boil water in billys, even chop wood and transport logs on a railway track! We couldn't believe how long it must have taken to complete the simplest jobs, we are so lucky to have the technology we have today. This experience has given us the skills to survive if we were ever stuck out in the bush. Thank you so much Arataki park rangers for making this experience possible.
