What are we learning about in Glenville?

Welcome to Glenville's Blog. We are currently setting up our Glenville community. So far, we have developed an economy, organised the layout of our town and have established the streets that we live on, we even pay rent! We are currently learning 'what makes a community and how it functions'. Then we will be researching professions, choosing ones we are interested in, writing cvs, applying for jobs and earning a weekly wage! Miss McDonell even gave us each our first car and registered them to be used on Glenville roads. We each have a unique number plate that identifies our cars. Miss McDonell said we can save up and upgrade our cars over the course of the year. We have to pay for fuel, warrent of fitnesses and registrations. Practising being a grown up is so much fun! We are learning the difference between 'needs and wants', how to save and spend our money wisely. We are also learning how to unite as a community, cooperate and appreciate each other.
